It's Snowing!

I've been waiting for what seems like ages to receive my Sirdar Snowflake yarn to finish the Bam sweater. After a 'mis-route' to New York(!), it has all finally arrived!!!!! Hooray for Snowflakes!

Ahh........but the best laid plans.....

So I thought I would get a good amount of time dedicated tonight on it, right?
WRONG!
Thanks to our bassplayer, Brian, we just got invited to Gene Simmons' solo album release party at the Key Club. I mean, we gotta go! It's too mad, dahlink!

I'm just bummed I haven't knit myself something sexy, rock n punk to wear yet for just such an occasion. ah well.
soon enough.

And as if that wasn't enough excitement for this rock n roll knitter...............

Have you seen this new Rowan mag? It's not out yet, but you can pre-order it. I thought of you when I saw the designs. I think you would be able to pull off actually wearing some of these since you're a real-life rock star! :) Plus, they look really cool to knit. I'd love to see some of them in person.
